Flexi-billet: Fordele ved en fleksibel rejse

Tingene går ikke altid som forventet og hvis der sker noget uforudset, så er det godt at have booket en fleksibel rejse. Med en Flexi-billet kan du:

 

  • Annullere din rejse frem til 24 timer før din rejse for kun 30 kr. i administrationsgebyr
  • Annullere frem til 2 timer før din rejse med 50% tilbagebetaling.
  • Ændre din rejse frem til 2 timer før afrejse (ny pris beregnes)

You can easily and simply see, change and cancel your bookings yourself!
Log in under My Pages at the top right - and click under Bookings . Any refund is typically made completely automatically to the payment card you used to pay for the trip.

 

You can not rebook between the different ticket types. Do you have e.g. booked a Premium or Flexi ticket, it can not be changed to Economy ticket or vice versa.

 

ECONOMY - the low price The  
Economy ticket gives you the lowest available price at the moment.

  • Change: Change of route, date and departure time can take place until the departure for a change fee of DKK 250. pr. single trip + difference in price. Note! When choosing a cheaper departure, the difference is not refunded. Other changes - no change fee. *
  • Cancellation:  No refund of either ferry ticket or purchases such as food and cabin.
  • Payment: Paid directly upon booking.

* New price calculation takes place after the change, which can lead to a more expensive ticket price.

 

FLEXI - the flexible ticket The flexible ticket   
gives you great flexibility and you can change your booking without change fee *.
You can also cancel and get your money back.

  • Change: Can be changed up to 2 hours before departure. No change fee *
  • Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before departure, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded, however, against an administration fee of DKK 30.
  • Up to 2 hours before departure, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
  • Canceled within 2 hours before departure there is no refund.
    • Change / cancellation of purchase, e.g. food and cabins, follow the rules of the ferry ticket. 
  • Payment: Paid directly upon booking.

PREMIUM - the extra service  
If you want a comfortable sailing trip with extra service, then you must choose the Premium ticket.

  • Change: Can be changed up to 2 hours before departure. No change fee. *
  • Cancellation: Up to 2 hours before departure, the ticket will be refunded 100%, however against an administration fee of DKK 30.
  • Payment: Paid directly upon booking.

* New price calculation takes place after the change, which can lead to a more expensive ticket price.

Frederikshavn-Gothenburg and Grenaa-Halmstad:

  • Priority boarding for passenger cars after check-in:
    • Priority boarding means that Stena Line, as far as possible, lets passenger cars covered by this drive on board before other cars of the same type .
    • Note that the ferries must be loaded optimally in terms of placement of trucks and cars of different sizes, which means that other types and sizes of vehicles can run on board before cars with priority boarding. This is especially relevant on Stena Danica and generally in high season.
    • Requires check-in no later than 35 min. before departure.
  • Better change and cancellation policy

 


Karlskrona-Gdynia:

  • Incl. breakfast buffet. Served on day cruises between kl. 08.30-11.00. On night sailing between 06.30-07.30 the next morning.
  • Fast boarding and disembarkation (at check-in no later than 60 minutes before departure).
  • Wireless Internet.
  • Better change and cancellation terms.

Gothenburg-Kiel:

  • Incl. breakfast buffet.
  • Wireless Internet.
  • The selected cabin category contains: Mineral water, snacks, women's / men's fragrance, 1 hour internet connection etc.
